Failure is not fun...but, it is a learning experience. Have you experienced failures related to work? A project that didn't turn out right? A client or boss that you disappointed? A trusted co-worker or business partner who stabbed you in the back? A sought after promotion that you didn't get? A firing? A downsizing?
Scripture tells us:
"Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." James 1:2-4
Learn from failure....don't let it beat you down.
